The challenge
Run a Christmas campaign to encourage people to use taxis through myTaxi. Attract new users for the taxi app, and generate loyalty among the passengers who currently travel with myTaxi.
The solution
We sought to reflect the excitement of Christmas in a humorous way, looking to connect with the audience and make them smile. A taxi ride often helps us to wrap up good times at Christmas and that is why we wanted to use the campaign #mytaximoments – also used by the company in other situations -, emphasising the importance of mobility in this period, and the excitement that a simple trip can entail.
