La clau d\u2019un bon storytelling est\u00e0 a con\u00e8ixer l\u2019usuari i explicar-li una hist\u00f2ria que aquest vol con\u00e8ixer i amb la qual es vol sentir identificat. Explicar-li alguna cosa que l\u2019atregui i l\u2019entretingui. Si es fa b\u00e9, aquesta t\u00e8cnica pot construir un <strong>vincle emocional i augmentar la confian\u00e7a dels clients<\/strong>, a m\u00e9s d\u2019atreure lectors de forma magn\u00e8tica (un bon storytelling <strong>pot convertir-se en viral<\/strong>).<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Alguns bons exemples de Storytelling<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Ara que <strong>la comunicaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s online<\/strong>, us presentem alguns exemples actuals de com el storytelling s\u2019adapta al mitj\u00e0, demostrant que a trav\u00e9s d\u2019Internet tamb\u00e9 es pot apel\u00b7lar a la faceta emocional de les persones.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmonstruo.org\">El monstruo que no dejaba ir a los ni\u00f1os al colegio<\/a> \u2013 ING Direct &amp; UNICEF<\/h3>\n<p>Aquesta <strong>campanya solid\u00e0ria\u00a0i interactiva<\/strong> narra la hist\u00f2ria d\u2019un monstre que fa tot el possible per a impedir que els nens vagin a l\u2019escola. El monstre representa la pobresa i la desigualtat social que impedeix que molts nens no tinguin acc\u00e9s a l\u2019educaci\u00f3. En el moment decisiu de la hist\u00f2ria, quan el monstre \u00e9s a punt d\u2019atacar els nens, el relat es det\u00e9 i <strong>l\u2019internauta ha d\u2019escollir un dels quatre finals possibles<\/strong> enviant un sms (que es converteix en una donaci\u00f3 de 1,20 \u20ac a favor d\u2019UNICEF). Una vegada enviat, el curt continua amb el final seleccionat i el monstre \u00e9s derrotat.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=52IudiO2jMY\">Tender Stories<\/a> \u2013Tous<\/h3>\n<p>La firma de joies va llen\u00e7ar aquesta s\u00e8rie de sis historietes entre 2014 i 2017. En aquestes es narren relats curts i simp\u00e0tics en els quals, de forma subtil, s\u2019introdueixen productes de la marca. Amb aix\u00f2, <strong>Tous aconsegueix posicionar la tendresa<\/strong> de la seva marca. El treballat storytelling, l\u2019est\u00e8tica impecable i el fixatge de famosos actors ha fet que les Tender Stories es facin <strong>totalment virals.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=fZ6aiVg2qVk\">The man who walked around the world<\/a> \u2013 Johnnie Walker<\/h3>\n<p>En aquest espot\u00a0 de la famosa marca de whisky Johnnie Walker, es presenta el curi\u00f3s <strong>origen de la marca<\/strong> mitjan\u00e7ant storytelling. A m\u00e9s, la hist\u00f2ria \u00e9s narrada per un fam\u00f3s actor que camina constantment, recordant la icona de la marca i el seu lema \u2018Keep Walking\u2019. D\u2019aquesta manera, tamb\u00e9 explica com l\u2019empresa ha anat evolucionant des que va ser creada per un jove granger, fins acabar convertint-se en la marca preferida d\u2019Esc\u00f2cia.<\/p>\n<p>Aquests s\u00f3n nom\u00e9s alguns exemples del que pot aconseguir un bon storytelling: deixar petjada en la mem\u00f2ria de l\u2019usuari gr\u00e0cies a l\u2019emoci\u00f3 del relat. Molts no se n\u2019adonen de la import\u00e0ncia que t\u00e9 aquesta t\u00e8cnica i de tota l\u2019audi\u00e8ncia que \u00e9s capa\u00e7 d\u2019atreure, aix\u00ed com de l\u2019<strong>engagement<\/strong> que \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de generar.
